3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Bet Jelly account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, Bet Jelly reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any accumulated balance.

During registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, address, and mobile number. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Password & Account Security

3.4 KYC Verification

Bet Jelly may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This is typically required:

7.1 Bet Acceptance & Settlement

A bet is considered confirmed only once the system has successfully processed it. Any incomplete bets due to network issues will be treated as void and automatically refunded.

7.2 Incorrect Odds

Bet Jelly reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. "Clearly erroneous" means a deviation of 20% or more from the market price.

7.3 Match Circumstances

• If a match is postponed before it begins, all bets placed on it will be voided.
• If a match is suspended after kick-off and not resumed within the stipulated time, bet settlement will follow the regulations specific to that sport.
• In live betting, only events occurring after the decision has been "accepted" will be taken into account.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

The maximum winnings on a single bet are capped at ৳50,00,000. This limit also applies to accumulator bets with multiple selections.

• Lottery draws will take place according to the scheduled timetable.
• The Seed Hash for each draw is published in advance and can be independently verified.
• Bet Jelly is not responsible for draws delayed due to technical reasons.

• Prizes exceeding ৳1,00,000 require additional KYC verification.
• Lottery ticket prices are non-refundable; however, refunds apply in the event of a technical error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bet Jelly and may result in permanent account closure:

• Match Fixing or Manipulation: Any attempt to influence or manipulate the outcome of a sports event.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device/network.
• Bonus Arbitrage: Using multiple accounts or identities in a systematic manner to exploit bonus offers.

• Hacking or Cyber Attack: Unauthorized access attempt to the Bet Jelly system.
• Minor Account Registration: Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18.
• Providing False Information: Providing false personal or financial information.
